Send a question
For general questions — which chamber suits a room, whether a repair is worth doing, what training involves. Booking actual work? The service request form asks for the chamber and site details up front, which saves a round of questions.
What to send, and why it gets you an answer sooner
Certified hyperbaric technicians are thin on the ground, and the chambers already on our schedule come first, so we will not publish a reply window we cannot hold. What we can tell you is what actually moves. A message carrying the make, model, serial number and a few photographs can be priced, scoped or diagnosed as it is read. A voicemail asking for a callback starts a week of phone tag before anyone has even learned which chamber you own. Send the second kind of message and you get a real answer instead of a return call.
Put this in your first message
- Chamber make, model and serial number — or just a photo of the equipment plate
- What it is doing, or what you want installed, in plain words
- Photos or a short video: the chamber, the gauges, the compressor, the concentrator and the room
- Full site address, the floor it is on, and how equipment gets in
- Best mobile number for text, plus the email address for documents
- Whether the chamber is in service, out of service, or not yet delivered
- Any manual, prior service record or warranty paperwork you already have
- Who approves the work, and who will be on site on the day
Text or email beats a call
Our days are spent inside chamber bays and on the road, where a phone often cannot be answered but a text can. Serial numbers, photographs and site addresses also survive in writing, and those are the things we need to order a part, price a scope or open a job. Text or call 813-519-3232, or email hyperbaricservicepros@gmail.com.
Send the same message again after 48 hours, or call. In a heavy week a request can land underneath twenty others, and a second nudge genuinely lifts it back to the top. It is a full schedule, never disinterest, and we would rather you chase us than assume the worst.
Start a work order
Tell us the chamber, the site, and the timeline.
Make, model, serial number, photos, site address — send it all in one text or email and we can scope, price or diagnose it without a round of phone tag. Complete requests get worked first, simply because they can be.
